Overnight Float Trips

Many stretches of water in Arkansas are as remote and pristine as they were 100 years ago. Many of these are harder to access in a single days float.  We do overnights on multiple streams: the Mulberry, the Kings, Crooked Creek, the Upper Black, and the Buffalo River. We can do two days fishing with one overnight stay to 4 and 5 day floats. Our most popular and exclusive drainage is the Buffalo River, the United States’ first national river.

Trip Layout

The layout for our overnight trips consists of two anglers per guide boat and a concession (gear) boat for every three guide boats. During the days fishing, the gear boat will head down river ahead of the guide boats and set up camp. Anglers will end their day at the river's edge with deluxe camp already set up, and appetizers ready to be served. Upon arrival, the guides and camp manager will start on the main course which can be picked off of the menu in the day's prior to the departure. In the morning, the guides, and camp manager will prepare a large breakfast for the anglers. The anglers will then take off in the guide boats for another day of fishing while the camp manager breaks down camp and heads down to the next overnight spot. We have found this program to be the most efficient, and maximize fishing time during the day.
