Style PointsTrout and Timber Outfitters is a unique outfitting company that does not comply to the 9-5 nymph grind of the stereotypical tailwater guide. The experience is what trips our trigger. It's hard to pick out a particular time a bobber went under in the day, but that 25" brown doing an underwater summersault for a 10" black mamba, or sliding anchor on the drift boat and dissecting a pod of risers feeding on spent caddis and finally getting that one snotty 19" bow will be forever engrained in a fisherman's mental bank. However, if it's a 100 fish day you want, we've got the sneaky bugs you can't find in the shops to get it done. The GrindOur put in, and take out times are not exactly a banker's hours. If it's the 15 pound brown or the spring striper run, boat puts in after dark, takes out in the dark. Chasing a hatch? No problem, in the water at noon, out at dark. If you twist our arms, I'm sure we'll put in the normal hours as well. |
